  4. Create or Judge - Make or Break, we are doing one or the other all the time, mostly unaware. How we feel reflects what we've been Thinking. © 2010 by Charles Henry
  5. A Thought causes a Feeling. Change the Thought and the Feeling changes automatically. Can it really be that simple? Try it and see. © 2010 by Charles Henry
  6. A Thought expresses Energy. Energy is neither good nor bad but can be perceived as so. It is with our Thoughts that we may play. © 2010 by Charles Henry

  4. Remembering has 2 parts: - Forgetting/forgiving the past. - Then focusing on the Present. As the past goes, there is room for the Present to take its place. © 2010 by Charles Henry
  5. The Present really is a gift, a present, we give to ourselves. We can open this gift again and again with every passing moment. © 2010 by Charles Henry
  6. We can really only focus on one thought at a time. Thoughts come & go so quickly it seems like we are multi-tasking but this is simply not so. © 2010 by Charles Henry
  7. Meditation is a single point of focus. It is a practice of mental discipline. The more we practice, the better we focus. © 2010 by Charles Henry

  3. 1st Law of Thermodynamics - Energy can be neither created nor destroyed. Only its apparent form may change. Our ‘ forms ' may change but we go on and on and on and…. ©2010 by Charles Henry
  4. Eternity may best be taken in small doses, one moment at a time. By focusing on this moment we may extend it into the next moment. ©2010 by Charles Henry

  13. Feeling anxious is when what we are doing conflicts with what we would rather be doing. It is possible to appreciate whatever it is we do when we are in the correct state of Mind. ©2010 by Charles Henry
  14. Some things are necessary to do. Having made this decision, we may be pleased at having accepted it and look forward to doing the un-necessary. ©2010 by Charles Henry
  15. Un-necessary 'doings' do not have to be done, but what we may like to do. Maybe we could expand 'necessaries' to include a few un-necessaries. ©2010 by Charles Henry

  4. There is an Ultimate Truth and It includes us in It's definition of Itself ©2010 by Charles Henry
  5. Free will means we are free to choose in what to believe. Truth does not depend on our belief in It. Our Right-Minded perceptions do. ©2010 by Charles Henry
  6. We are as children who have run away from home, alone & fearful. We have been away so long we forgot where home is & doubt that it still exists. ©2010 by Charles Henry
  7. Home awaits only our remembrance of It for Its Light to brighten our path. There is no degree of darkness that the Light cannot dispel. ©2010 by Charles Henry
